Who runs this site
blitzraw.com is run by William, an independent photographer and developer based in Japan. You can reach me at [email protected].
Buying the bundle
The bundle is sold through Stripe's checkout by Link, LLC, Stripe's merchant of record. That means Link is the legal seller: it takes the payment, works out and pays the right sales tax or VAT for your country, and sends your receipt. Your card statement will show LINK.COM. Their terms apply to the purchase itself, and you'll see them at checkout.
Refunds
If the bundle isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of buying, with your order number, and I'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
A refund, or a dispute or chargeback through your bank, stops the download link and the automatic updates for both apps at once, and BlitzSync switches off a week later. A backup that is running always finishes. BlitzRaw keeps working: it's free software, and yours to keep. If a claim closes and the payment stands, everything switches back on by itself.
Licenses
BlitzRaw is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. You can use, change and share it under those terms. Buying the bundle doesn't add to them or take anything away.
BlitzSync is licensed to you, for use on the computers you own or use. Please don't share or resell it. It's provided as is: I work hard to make it safe with your files, but I can't accept liability for lost data, so always keep more than one backup, which is the whole point of the app.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies and runs no ads or trackers. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or collect personal data.
When you buy, Stripe and Link handle your payment details under their own privacy policies. I receive your name, your email address and your country, and I keep your email address with your license key, so I can send you the key again if you lose it, and I use them only to deliver your download and your key, tell you about important updates to the apps, and answer you when you write to me. I never sell them or share them.
If you ask for the free trial, I keep the email address you give, to know who tried it. I write to it about BlitzRaw only if you ticked the box asking for news, and every such email has a link that stops them.
If you email me, I keep the conversation so I can help you, and for nothing else.
What the apps do with your photos
Your photos stay on your PC. BlitzRaw and BlitzSync don't upload them anywhere. BlitzSync goes online once a day to check your license key and look for updates to both apps. It sends your key and a scrambled number made from your PC's own id, so a key can count its PCs; nothing that names you or your PC. While you try it without a key, it sends only that number, so the 14 days are counted once per PC. BlitzRaw downloads its AI models the first time you use an AI tool. The one exception is a feature you'd have to switch on yourself: BlitzRaw can connect to an AI server of your own for generative edits, and then it sends that server the photo you're working on.
